Chinna has over 11 years of experience working in information technology focused on managing the healthcare system environment. His expertise spans multiple domains of information technology and security. Chinna believes that technology plays an important role in supporting organizational processes and enhancing value. He possesses strong knowledge of budgeting, analytics, IT policies and methodologies, flexibility, and a high level of customer service.
As an enterprise IT manager, Chinna is responsible for essential IT elements and services, including asset lifecycle, capacity monitoring and planning, storage and network utilization, energy consumption, environmental issues, facilities (including data center infrastructure management), physical and virtual asset management, wireless and wired network operations, security (malware/virus protection), mobile connectivity, and maintenance and service updates. Chinna provides leadership to the IT team and is engaged in building a high-performance IT team by hiring, training, and mentoring personnel. He has excellent organizational skills and can clearly convey information to the entire team to maintain a professional and collegial environment.
Prior to MBW RCM, Chinna worked with companies such as Suntronics and Visionary RCM Infotech. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer applications and is passionate about launching, building, and sustaining technology infrastructure.
